We believe in the power of real, whole foods. That’s why we are committed to only feeding you the best stuff on earth. We source our ingredients responsibly right here in the U.S. whenever we can. And when that’s not possible, specifically with some of our Asian ingredients, we aim to practice fair trade. All of our ingredients are gluten-free. 

Almond Flour

Made with California grown almonds, non-GMO project verified, rich in vitamin E, magnesium, and manganese. 

Chickpea Flour

Stone grounded from garbanzo beans, kosher, non-GMO project verified, Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants such as folate, iron, phosphorus, manganese.

Coconut Flour

Organic, non-GMO project verified, kosher, high fiber, low glycaemic index, high protein, healthy fats. 

Maple Sugar

Made from 100% Grade A maple syrup, upstate NY farm sourced, contains antioxidants such as quebecol, source of iron, calcium, and potassium. 

Matcha Powder

Non-GMO project verified, kosher, Japanese farm-direct, artisanal culinary grade, high in antioxidants, natural source of caffeine, provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. 

Sesame Powder 

 Sourced from Taiwan, contains selenium, magnesium, manganese, and zinc, a good source of B vitamins (B1, 3,6), rich in antioxidants
